SARC Registration Guideline
Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You must complete the following four steps...

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Presentation Schedule.
The regular fee will cover up to 5 pages on exceeding which an additional 20 USD per page will be charged.
Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot participate in the conference.
Registration fee for each accompanying person / listener is 100 USD (Without Conference Kit). The organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
Publication in UGC/Scopus/WoS Indexed Journals Guidelines :
- Publication cost in Scopus/WoS Indexed Journals: 100USD to 400USD (Ask our coordinator to send you the list of journals available with cost). This cost is not included in the conference registration amount.
- Publication cost in UGS Care listed journals: 3500INR to 12000INR (for Indians). This cost is not included in the conference registration amount.
- SARC can submit the paper to journals indexed in Scopus/SCI/UGC Care listed on the written request by the author. In such a case, the author will have to bear the entire publication cost (according to the particular journal). It may take 1 to 12 months for the review and publication process.
- Payment made for the purpose of attending the SARC conferences will not be refunded if the registered paper not selected for any Scopus/SCI/UGC Indexed journal or if the author doesn’t want to publish in any SARC associated (SCOPUS/ESCI/SCI/UGC Care Listed/Google Scholar) International Journal after the conference.
Free Journal Publication
Publication in Google scholar/Publon Indexed the journal is Free with conference Registration. Check the List of Free Journals here associated with SARC Conferences or Contact our coordinator for the full list.
Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
Send the scan copy of the signed (for the individual paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, which is in PDF format.
Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission
All the papers must adhere to IEEE double column guidelines and must be submitted in Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. IEEE guidelines are available on Paper Submission Webpage.
Step 4 - Registration
Send a scanned copy of your completed registration form, along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to the official mail ID of the conference: sarc.net.in@gmail.com
